Automated Extraction
Attempting to scrape, crawl, or extract neural weights or underlying model architectures from our service.
Safety Violations
Bypassing safety filters or attempting to induce the AI into generating illegal or harmful content.
Impersonation
Using the service to impersonate real individuals or organizations for deceptive purposes.
Reverse Engineering
Disassembling or decompiling the Dosti AI client software or API endpoints.
03 Content Rights
Ownership Principle
You own the inputs you provide to the AI. Dosti AI owns the underlying model and the specific weights generated during inference, but grants you a perpetual license to use the outputs generated in your private sessions.
By using the platform, you grant Dosti AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use your conversation data specifically for the purpose of improving your personal AI's memory and fine-tuning the global model performance (subject to our Privacy Policy's anonymization standards).
04 Liability & Warranty
"The service is provided 'As Is' and 'As Available' without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied."
Dosti AI is an experimental AI service. While we strive for high-fidelity emotional resonance, we are not responsible for any emotional distress, psychological impact, or decisions made based on AI-generated content. The AI characters are fictional constructs and should not be used as a substitute for professional mental health advice.

06 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
